MAY
REMINDERS OF JANET
-
On Mother’s Day,
Janet’s Mom, Dad and Jimmy were walking through a shopping center
parking lot when a pale yellow monarch butterfly flew by them almost
hitting Jimmy right in the face. Janet’s special ‘hello’ to her mom
on Mother’s Day.
-
Janet’s Birthday
– May 22nd was an emotional day. Her friend Caroline
from camp stopped over to drop off a birthday card and flowers. As
Janet’s Mom was talking to Caroline, her sister and mom, a pale
yellow monarch butterfly flew in circles around them. Janet’s way
of saying – I’m still here…
-
Also on Janet’s
birthday, a friend’s son walks into his backyard which backs to a
baseball field in Greenbrook and finds a ball. He goes back inside
and hands the baseball to his mom. The initials written in marker
on the ball read JZ.
-
May 27th
– the day our picnic and Janna and her Dad’s birthday celebration
would be. Her Dad reads that morning that 528 (his birthday) won
the lottery on your birthday. He played 522 (your birthday). You
always told him it was his birthday too and to celebrate it. On the
26th, Janet’s Mom asked her to send a special sign to
daddy to let him know she is ok and with him. She did, many times
that day.
