MARCH REMINDERS OF JANET

  • Janet’s Mom and Dad were driving to Whippany after the Thursday morning Warren Township Committee Meeting (which gave the approval for the permit for Janet Rocks to be held), when they got off Route 287 to Route 10.  At the end of the exit ramp, there was a large red truck in front of them with the wording ‘Lost Brothers Pizza’.  There were halos over the Os in Lost and Brothers – the same thing we did in our logo for Jants Rocks.  As they read the remainder of the wording on the truck, it said they cook gourmet pizza on site and provide catering.  Janet’s Dad wrote down their name, phone number and website so we could call them to see if they would like to be a food vendor at Janet Rocks.  Janet’s Aunt Nancy called them and explained how we saw their truck and what had happened to Janet.  The owner then said, let me tell you my story about how Lost Brothers Pizza got its name.  He was to start the business with his brother who died of HIV.  After that happened his brother-in-law wanted to partner with him to create the business.  Before this would happen, his brother-in-law died of Sudden Cardiac Arrest.  Fate (and a lot of help from an angel) brought us together and Lost Brothers Pizza will be at Janet Rocks. Visit them at www.lostbrotherspizza.com.

  • Janna’s cousin Donnie needed a car.  Janna loved him to pieces.  Ironically, her grandfather found a great car for $300 that needed a transmission.  Janna’s Dad and Donnie went down to her grandfather’s house to look at the car.  When her Dad got in and started the car, he turned on the radio and ‘Move Along’ was playing.  When the transmission was replaced, the car was brought to Janet’s house.  Janet’s mom got in it for the first time and noticed a beautiful angel with long brown hair and a gold rim stuck to the dashboard.  It is a beautiful picture.  Donnie says he’s leaving it there and he will always have his angel with him.

  • Spring is here and all the new life is a beautiful reminder of Janna.  The animals are back out at the cemetery.  Janet’s mom and brother drove in one beautiful day and a cat was lying there soaking up the sun.  The birds are chirping and the ground hog and rabbits are back out.  Janet has the most beautiful company there; although her company in heaven is the best.

  • In addition, we are starting a grassroots campaign to Save the Aprons.  This is a crazy private joke and those who know it will laugh.  Janet would have gotten a kick out of it.  A special doctor is leading this charge once he is done with his period of mental masturbation.
